Our 2013 SUMMER

Well... since I have been THEE worst blogger this entire summer, I will try to condense it all into 1 post. It might be a long one but I feel so bad I have missed the most fun and most eventful times of our lives :(

This summer really was the best! I took a much needed break from school so I really enjoyed being a mom and wife and not having to worry about anything else :).  I did get very bored some days and did some major home projects but I LOVED every second of it.  We spent just about every single day outside either in our pool in the back yard, under our huge tree in the front, at the new Layton splash pad, or Kaysville splash pad, we also went to several movies at the Kaysville theatre, and just had a blast!

My Mom, youngest brother Mason, Rob and my family did the Color Me Rad 5k and had so much fun!! I volunteered at it last year and knew I just had to run in it this year.  Kinsey loved the colorful chalk, and Harper was not too sure about it and didn't enjoy getting messy.  I hope to make this a family tradition every year :)

As you can tell in every pic Kinsey is giving a "thumbs up". She had a lot of fun!!

We usually attend South Ogden days because its always a good time.  Live music, cotton candy, funnel cakes, and carnival rides! Doesn't get much better than that :)

Watching them ride this ride made me sick!! But they loved it and it didn't seem to faze them lol

My youngest brother Mason.  He is always willing to come hang out with us and is such a HUGE help with the girls ;)

Waiting for the fireworks to start!!

He had just gotten braces put on a few days before this so he was "learning" how to eat again! Poor guy!!

I love my family!!

Brandon's brother Tyson and his wife Maggie got our family the Tracy Aviary pass for Christmas this last year and boy have we used it!  We get into so many fun places and has saved us a fortune! I will def be getting one for us next year!  Anyways, the pass gets us into the Dinosaur Park for free any weekday so we have been several times and the girls love it everytime!

This is probably the girls favorite part.  Computerized dinos that actually move and make noises ;)

Kinsey's face it a little unsure in this pic lol

Diggin for BONES!

Doesn't he look so excited to be there!?!?

Our 4th of July is full of traditions! We wake up and have red white and blue pancakes/waffles, then attend the parade, walk around all the booths and the girls always get a snow cone, then we go home to take naps, then go to his parents for dinner and the firework show! It simple and so fun for the girls :)

Waiting for the parade to start!
