Kinsey is 3!!!

Yep.. I have a THREE year old! I have a hard time admitting it lol.  I feel like she should be swaddled up in a blanket and sleeping in my arms still.  Although, I do have to admit, it is SOOO much fun having her at an age where we can fully communicate and she understands and is able to do so much more!  When they say "Kids say the darnest things!", they are not joking LOL!  I laugh constantly at what this girl tells me and says.

Today was her actual birthday and I wanted to make it extra special for her.  Last night Brandon and I blew up a ton of balloons and I put them against her door with streamers so when she opened her door in the morning, she would have a balloon avalanche   SHE LOVED IT! The first thing she said was, "Thank you sooo much!!" :)  Then we had doughnuts and opened presents.  We got her some clothes, stickers, and her very own camera.  Fisher-Price was thinking when they came up with an almost indestructible camera for little kids.  It has just a few buttons and is made tough to withstand being dropped over and over!  Plus we can upload them to the computer and it holds over 1000 pics! AMAZING! So I will have to do a post on the life of Kinsey's camera and see what she takes pics of ;).
Balloon avalanche!

Cheeser!! :)

Her very own CAMERA!!!

Miss Harps got Kinsey the musical instrument set!

Kinsey has a fascination with trains so what better than to ride the Front Runner, right?! Except I am an air head and read the schedule wrong so we ended up sitting in the freezing cold for 20 min waiting for the train to come.. But both girls loved it and the time of their lives!
Freezing at the train station..
Happy girl!!

She played the harmonica while on the train lol :)

When we got to the Gateway, we headed straight to California Pizza Kitchen for some lunch!  They even brought out a Sunday with a lit candle for Kins :)  She felt really special!
This is Kinsey's "Peace" sign ;)

OMG Harper was a wild woman at lunch!! I was worn out by the end of it lol.. going out to eat with kids is a work out!!

Blowing out her candle!

Yum!!!

After our bellies were full we went to the Discovery Gateway Children's Museum.  I HIGHLY recommend that place!!!  It is so much fun for everyone and all different age groups.  Kinsey wanted to move throughout the whole place so fast just because there was so much.  So we went and saw everything, then went back to her favorite areas.  They had a play kitchen with a living room, a garden area that had all sorts of different things to do with the toy balls, water area, news room, and so much more.  The girls and I will most def be returning :)
Cooking!

Harper reading stories to her baby :)

Kinsey loved acting like a cashier!

A "cow" riding a horse ;)

News reporter...

AND weather woman ;)

These two LOVE water!!

Then came time to leave and of course both girls threw a fit.. that was to be expected lol.  Harper was asleep before we even left the building and Kinsey fell asleep on my lap while waiting for the Front Runner.  Overall, our Front Runner experience was a lot of fun AND a lot of work with 2 little kids, but def worth it :)
Snuggling with her sleeping sister.

Since Brandon had school in the evening, we had a quick and easy dinner and sang happy birthday to Kinsey with her number 3 candle in a princess cupcake.  After dinner the girls both took their shirts off and ran around the kitchen and living room chasing me and growling.  haha! I laugh so hard playing with my two little gremlins, they also keep me going ever single second!
SPAZ!

Here are some fun facts about my Kinsey Beans:
* She has a very STRONG personality.. and will try her very hardest to get exactly what she wants.
* Kinsey LOVES to snuggle and watch movies
* Anything to do with princesses is her favorite!
* As soon as she hears music, she starts dancing and even does facials
* Her vocabulary is amazing! She can just about say anything and knows what it means
* When looking at pictures, she asks "Whats this?" instead of "Who's this?" haha
* Kinsey has learned that if mommy says NO, daddy might say YES.  Brandon and I have really had to step up our communication skills haha
* She loves to snack, and will eat all day long! Her favorites are apples, cheese and crackers, chips, fruit snacks, juice, cucumbers, and pretty much any fruit or veggie.
*Kinsey does NOT like her hands to be sticky and will cry and whine until you help her clean them lol
* Her bedtime routine is quick complex.  I had to move all her toys into her closet and before bed her closet door has to be shut, a blanket has to cover all her books on her window seat, night light on, drink of water, her quilt, and kisses! Oh and if she sees the bathroom door down the hall is open, she has to have that shut too lol
* Kinsey and Harper love and fight like sisters.  I knew the day would come.. But Kinsey is an excellent big sister and loves Harper so much! She is constantly giving kisses and hugging her.  AND when Harper is playing with a toy Kinsey wants, Kinsey will take it and replace it with something else lol. Harper doesnt always agree.
* Kinsey is an GREAT helper around the house.  She loves to help with dishes, folding laundry, vacuuming, sweeping, and unloading the dishwasher.

We LOVE you Kinsey!!! Happy 3rd Birthday!!!
The many faces of Kinsey.. LOL
