Perfect NYE!

Our  New Years Eve was awesome this year!! No we were not around  ton of family or friends and we didnt go to any big parties.  We spent the evening with just our little family doing what we normally do :)  We did make a special dinner though with crab legs and steak!  Kinsey was so excited to eat the "crap" and watched the legs cook the entire time, but when it came time to eat it she did not like the texture! Harper on the other hand LOVED it!  After dinner the girls got in the bath and splashed and made a pool of water on our bathroom floor, like usual, lol!  Then we played, danced, laughed, and had a great time in the toy room. Kinsey and Harper even got to stay up 30 min past their bed time ;) Then Brandon and I rented MIB 3 and both fell asleep on the couch watching it, then crawled into bed around 11pm haha!! Such an exciting couple huh?! Now that I am a mom and have many more responsibilities I do not see the fun in staying up late anymore. I enjoy my sleep WAY too much ;)

I am not a fan of "new years resolutions" because for one, they dont last, and second why wait for that one time a year to change something?  So I have not set any resolutions for myself.. but I will continue to be the best mom I can be, work hard at being a great wife, and student, and to improve my lifestyle of being more healthy and spending more time at the gym.  Those are all reasonable to me and things I KNOW I can do 100%! We should never give up trying to be better :)
