I finally worked up the courage to schedule an appointment to have Kinsey's hair cut. She was sporting a sever mullet and because of the wonderful callic she got from me, it looked like she had a tail. So I made the appointment with the guy that cuts my hair, my moms, and pretty much my whole family! I knew I could trust him because he has done several fixes to my hair that other ppl had messed up!
Well I dreaded that day because I knew this meant she was one step closer to being a big girl :( I didn't put her hair in any pony's or pin it back because I just wanted to enjoy the last few days of her crazy mullet!
When we first walked in, Grandma Kristy was there as well for support and we tried to sit Kinsey down in the chair but she just wouldn't have it. So Dad was the hero and sat in the chair with her on his lap and she was just fine. Then the nice ladies that were all there to watch gave Kinsey a sucker! (pampering for a toddler haha) She did such an amazing job sitting so still just eating her sucker and looking around. We were able to make her hair look so much better and didn't have to cut much off! YEA!!!!!!!! Just a little trim of the bangs (I'm trying to grow those out so not much was trimmed off) and then some off the back to make it more even. I even got her hair that was cut into a little baggie. YES I am that crazy mom that wants to save everything but how could you not save hair from the first cut?? lol
I love her new hair cut and I LOVE styling it everyday.
