Brandon proposed to me in February of 2008. I knew he had the ring but didn't know when he would give it to me ha ha I thought I was going to have to wait until after I graduated in May. One night while over at Brandon's house we were talking about the ring we had seen that I really liked and I kept telling him "you can't afford it!" He went upstairs and came back down with a little white box and said "yes I can!" lol. He wouldn't just let me keep the ring that night and made me wait until he acutually proposed ;). I went to his house after work (like I did every night) and his whole family was there too.. I thought it was kinda weird since it was 8:30 at night on a week day but then thought nothing of it. Brandon had told me he wanted to cook me dinner that night so he casualy asked me to go downstairs with him to check on the BBQ. As we walked outside I noticed the BBQ wasn't even on and there were candles in the snow and a path leading somewhere.. He grabed my hand and we started walking down the path and he had set up little sayings to go along with getting married in the temple. As we got to the end there was a table with two candles and the Bountiful Temple made of glass.. he picked that up and under it was my RING!!! Of course he got down on one knee and asked the traditional "will you marry me" and I said YES!! It was so perfect and he put so much thought into it :). After we went back inside I then knew why his whole family was there ha ha. We then went to my house to show and tell my mom!
