This year I really tried hard to get into the Christmas spirit especially since we now have a little one. So we went to the Christmas lights in Salt Lake and in Ogden, and I even bought the "NOW Christmas Edition" so Kinsey and I could sing along to Christmas music while in the car!
Decorating for the big day was quite hard for me this year because as you will soon hear about, Brandon and I bought a house and we moved out of our town home the day after Christmas! I was not excited to take down my tree the day after :( It was also very hard for me to leave all the decor out while I pack up the rest of the house.. I got so antsy to just pack everything and live out of boxes for a week ha.
On Christmas Eve Brandon and I go to his side of the family's house first, then we head over to my grandma's to see my dad's side of the fam. This year Brandon's family decided to do a skit out of the scriptures and have all the little ones play a part. That had to be one of the cutest things i have ever seen lol Kinsey played baby Jesus and did such a great job!! We draped a white blanket over her head and she left it there the whole time! She just looked around at everyone and smiled haha she is a NATURAL! After we ate and visited over there we headed over to my grandma's. We opened presents and spent time with that family for a little bit before we all started to get partied out and very tired..
