Baby Animal Days

Holy guacamole I have not blogged in AGES!!! I guess that's what happens when you are too busy having fun?!

Early this summer we went to Baby Animal Days at the Botanical Gardens with our friends and had so much fun!! My girls were not too sure about holding the baby chicks.. or the bunnies.. but they had a blast looking at all of them ;)

This freaked me out a little bit.  I thought they were going to chop off this poor little guys tail right there in front of all the little kids! .. Then I realized they were just placing the rubber band around it.  Its the most "humane" way.. POOR THINGS!!!

So Thankful.

Sometimes you need an event in your life in order to really be thankful for what you have.  Its sad but so true!  I recently had an eye opening event happen and I have realized how freaking lucky I am!!! Seriously.. I have great health and a body that is capable of doing ANYTHING I want, a husband who is so supportive and loves me no matter what, and 2 of the most beautiful girls in the entire world! What more could a girl ask for.. Anyways, I just wanted to do a little post to remind people to take a look at your life and be thankful for ALL that you have, because it can change in a matter of seconds.  Life is too short to sweat the small stuff and to not enjoy every single second.  Even when your kids are screaming for no reason, just be thankful you have kids and they have a healthy pair of lungs ;) haha HAVE A GREAT REST OF THE WEEK EVERYONE!!!!

Easter 2013

I love Easter! I love the reason why we celebrate it, and I love spending time together.  It a holiday where we aren't obligated to buy gifts for each other, but we still have the time spent as a family :) We Kunz had a very very busy Easter!! We did a total of 5 Easter egg hunts.. yea, I wasnt kidding when I said we were busy lol

Ever since we have moved to Layton, we have gone to the annual Kaysville City egg hunt.  That is always a good turn out for the girls :)

Then on Easter morning the girls hunted for the eggs the Easter bunny hid, then we went my moms to hunt for eggs and fun toys there, then off to Brandon's parents to eat and have another egg hunt, then finally to my grandma's for another egg hunt and MORE food! Busy day but we got to see everyone and that was awesome :)
